One of my interests is the Tandy Color Computer.
The Peninsula Color Computer Club (inc). is the major (if not only) supporter of these computers in Australia. The club also supports Atari, Amiga & MSDOS machines.
An excellent resource for info on the 'CoCo' can be found by browsing through these links.
A news group, bit.listserv.coco is devoted to this computer but everyone left there due to a major bombardment of spam. Due to all the spam, a private Email list http://five.pairlist.net/mailman/listinfo/coco was started and is now quite active with about 30 to 50 Emails a day (and no spam). There are also a couple of Yahoo Groups for the CoCo http://groups.yahoo.com/group/cococlub/ (very quiet) and http://groups.yahoo.com/group/ColorComputer/ (about 15 messages a month).
A very powerful operating system is available for this machine called OS/9 (Nothing to do with Apple Mac's, Microsoft or OS/2) and there is a wealth of files and information available at OS9ArchiveI'm also into electronics, off road motorcycle riding (recreational) and sailing a Cobra racing catamaran, my newfound hobby. There's only a couple of clubs on the Port Phillip Bay that cater for the Cobra, Safety Beach sailing club & the one I sail from, Parkdale Yacht Club
